Police in Nakuru county, Naivasha subcounty confirmed shooting dead unknown suspect on January 3, in the morning near Mirera area. According to Naivasha police boss, Samuel Waweru, the deceased and his accomplices who fled with gunshot wounds allegedly wanted to steal wheat from a stalled lorry when police shot at them during the 3am incident near Mirera area.
