Rono Bunei has confirmed police constable Abel Chumba of Kaongo Kampio GSU camp in Meru county shot dead police constable Pontianas Ikumoli,22 on February 22 at 9 pm. Ikumoli was shot in the head. Chumba who escaped after the incident has sine been arrested and will be arraigned.
