Police have confirmed killing a youth in Nairobi, Mathare on December 7 evening allegedly for being a member of what police say is an outlawed gang. They claim the gang has been wrecking havoc in Starehe subcounty. "Together with four of his accomplices, Ngaruiya had attacked a pedestrian at gunpoint and taken away his mobile phone and other valuables." The DCI report seen by Missing Voices reads. N.B.
