The DCI has confirmed shooting and killing Jakande Kabende alias Kababa on February 22,2022 in Nairobi County, Mathare. DCI alleged the deceased was a member of a gang known as Katombi and was shot while he was robbing a middle aged woman at Mathare, Bondeni area.
