Bodaboda Rider
Tuko reported that three police officers, Hussein Ali, Elvis Kioko, and Glaide Gwaga, from Ruai police station were on patrol on December 2 at night when they received a distress call about a stolen motorbike. They attempted to track the motorbike to Chokaa area, where two bodaboda riders appeared. Police reports state the riders sped off when police flagged them which allegedly prompted Ali and Kioko to fire three shots and fatally injuring 29-year old Dennis Wanyoike - one of the passengers on the bodaboda. The three officers are currently in custody.
