According to reports, Constable Lawrence Ewoi got into an argument with his colleague Achieng. Ewoi opened fire and fatally shot Achieng four times at close range. Police officers then killed Constable Lawrence Ewoi during an operation. Lawrence Ewoi was in the Quick Response Unit (QRU)
