Police have confirmed shooting dead a foreign journalists Arshad Mohammed Shariff a Pakistani. Police later said it was a mistaken identity during the 10 pm incident in Kajiado county along Kuenia Kamukuru road.
Police were pursuing a missing car KDG 200M but ended up shooting at the journalist's car KDJ 700 F both from the rear and front windscreens. The deceased was shot in the head.
IPOA investigations ongoing. Body taken to Chiromo morgue.
