Police in Kisumu East Subcounty confirmed shooting dead to youths on August 28 morning. Police claim the youths were part of a 15 member gang that has allegedly been terrorizing residents of Ogango, Migosi and Lolwe estates for weeks, brutally assaulting them in their homes before getting away with key household items among other valuables.
