On April 29, 2021, sources state John Kibe was arrested at Mlango Kubwa, Mathare and bungled into a probox with registration number KCW 491N. Witnesses couldn’t find him at any police station and he was not booked under OB. The following day, Kibe was found dead at City Mortuary.
