Wycliff Vincent Oduor

Wycliff Vincent Oduor was a suspect in the 2019 72 million heist case. He had been arrested and was out on bond after his arraignment following the heist. On March 24^th, 2020, Oduor was killed by police officers. After the killing, DCI released a statement alleging Oduor died in a shoot-out at Kayole Junction after robbing citizens around that area. After the official statement was released, disputing narratives started circulating online saying the police officer’s story was a cover-up, as witnesses state Mr. Oduor was unarmed and pleading for his life before they fatally shot him. IPOA has since released a statement saying they are investigating the case.
