Witnesses state that a convey of 5 vehicles opened fire on a man riding a motorcycle. The officers proceeded to burying his body before leaving the scene.
N.B. KWS refuted this statement, saying the the rider refused to obey orders to stop his vehicle , forcing the rangers to shoot.
