According to the Star Newspaper, police confirmed a multi-agency security team on patrol killed unknown man on suspicion of terrorism on August 6 in Mandera County,Kutulo subcounty. Police said the deceased was riding on a motorcycle with his accomplice who managed to escape.Police alleged the duo failed to stop when they were flagged down and a shootout ensued. Police said they were tip off by members of the public of an impending attack by the duo. Police claim 432 bullets, two Mark 4 and two AK47 rifles were allegedly recovered from the deceased. N.B.
