| The deceased family alleged that six (6) police officers who were on patrol on civilian using three Motorbikes without number plates shot dead Mr. Changawa at a place adjacent to Corner Bar at Mtomondoni in Mtwapa area. The deceased body was then taken to Coast General Hospital Mortuary for a postmortem. The matter is under investigation by the Independent Policing Oversight Authority. |
